These sample menus are an example of what I might bring. This is how I plan out my meals for a trip.
I have to write it all out or I'd probably forget a meal!
Feel free to adapt the menus to your own tastes, adding your favorite snack items or making
the choices vegetarian.

PLEASE NOTE: your menu will, and should, vary depending on the difficulty of the trip,
weather conditions and your own physical condition.

Lunch/Snacks: sliced apples, pita bread, instant hummus, dried mangoes
Dinner: Kendall Katwalk Chicken & Dumplings

Dessert: Rocky Road Pudding

Day 2
Breakfast: Pancakes, syrup from minimus.biz or packets of jelly
Lunch: Lemon Mint Barley with Tuna
Lunch/Snacks: dried mangoes, roasted soy nuts, cheese sticks
Dinner: at home

Lunch: Chickpea Ginger Wrap, made at home with spinach
Lunch/Snacks: Strawberry Fields, cheese sticks, crackers
